You can tell he has a lot of experience in this field because she handled my situation with ease (which I thought would be difficult). Very centrally located and. I totally recommend Sandeep.
Sandeep was such a delight to work with. He really got to know us and got a sense of what we were looking for in a new home, almost as we were hoping that sense ourselves! In fact, just when my husband and I were talking seriously about putting an offer on a “close enough” house, Sandeep took us immediately to see a new house that had only been listed an hour before. He guided us through a (successful) bidding war, a sticky financing with a delay, and got us into our dream home in what must be near-record time. I was almost sad on our day of closing because it meant we wouldn’t be working with him anymore! I can’t recommend Sandeep highly enough.

He was like our personal adviser and went out of his way to research homes that would fit our criteria and budget, prepared comparable market pricing analysis and gave us valuable advice to help us buy a home in an extremely competitive market. Sandeep was always extremely responsive, thorough, and prepared multiple offers for us in a short amount of time. It took us about 6 months to find a home, Sandeep was very patient and kept us positive during our search and showed us dozens of homes. He also coordinated home inspections for us, reviewed the findings and provided us good advice. He has an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract and educated us on the whole process from submitting an offer, loan application and closing through escrow. I find looking for a home a miserable process in general. However Sandeep Lal made it as enjoyable as I think it could be. His professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness made her awesome to work with. I never felt pressured into doing anything I wasn’t 100% comfortable with.

Sandeep Lal was a great agent; He helped us buy a new home and sell the previous home. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and gives great tips on location and things to look for and anything that might affect resale value. He’s also very aware of the fair market price and really good in negotiations. We gave one offer before settling in our current home and her predictions about the house we gave the offer on was perfect. Also looking back at some of the other houses we checked out and her price predictions, he pretty much predicted the prices of each of them correctly.
